Horsemanship camp is offered every session and the campers will also have the opportunity to participate in traditional camp activities throughout the week.

 

Beginner

This is a great program to introduce campers to horse care and riding instruction. Each camper will be assigned a horse for the week, developing a bond and feel for one another. Throughout the week campers will become familiar with western riding, parts of the horse, difference in tack, and proper horse care. 

Intermediate

This program is for campers with prior riding experience or those who have gone through Beginner Horsemanship Camp. Campers will continue strengthening the skills listed above while moving to a new level of knowledge and training. With progressive riding instruction, campers will spend more time in the arena working on agility, riding styles, and negotiating obstacles.

Advanced

A continuation of Beginner and Intermediate skills, this experience includes extended rides, overnight camping trip with horses, riding horses in water, and much more!

Please identify on the registration form the camper's riding level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
