FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
 PROCESSING IS OPEN FOR THE 2024 SEASON

CAMP SPONSORSHIPS

Triangle Y Camp welcomes all youth regardless of financial limitations. We are supported through the generous volunteer efforts of the Minot Y’s Men’s and Colin Brown Y’s Men’s Clubs in Minot, and through donations from our many supporters. Through our Campership Fund we are able to provide financial assistance to assure that every child may have the chance to go to camp.

APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE:​​

  • Sponsorship Application

  • Documentation of Income

    • 2023 Income tax return or two most recent paystubs

  • Deposit for registered session(s)​

    • $150 required for Horsemasters​

    • $100 required for all other camps

REQUIRED FORMS:

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

  • Recipient must pay a deposit towards fees.

  • Submit forms to the Minot Family YMCA 

  • Incomplete Applications will be returned

  • Recipients will receive notification of assistance

  • Applications must include required forms

  • We do not offer full scholarships

  • Camp fee balance is due 2 weeks before camp

  • All scholarships are distributed evenly during all weeks of camp

  • Mail your sponsorship to the Minot YMCA.

EARN YOUR WAY TO CAMP

Your child is able to sell candy to family and friends and earn money that will go toward your child's registered week at Triangle Y Camp!

HOW IT WORKS

  • After registering for camp purchase boxes of candy for $60 a piece at the Minot Family YMCA.

    • There are two types of candy boxes​, $1 Candy Boxes​ with 60 candy bars inside and $2 Candy Boxes with 30 candy bars inside.

  • $30 of your box purchase goes towards your camp fee, the other $30 pays for the candy you just bought.

  • Sell the candy and receive your $60 back.

  • Bring the money back to the Minot Family YMCA to buy a new box of candy & start the entire process again!

  • Sell only 18 boxes of candy to earn your way to most camps!
