This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
the State of North Dakota, without reference to
conflict of law principles. Any dispute
concerning this Agreement, or any matter related
in any manner to this Agreement, shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of the State of North Dakota. This
Agreement, together with any additional online
documents, specifically referred to herein, is
the entire Agreement between you and YMCA and
supersedes any other communications or
advertising with respect to the YMCA Website. If
any provision of this Agreement is held to be
unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced
to the maximum extent permissible so as to give
effect to the intent of the parties, and the
remainder of this Agreement shall continue in
full force and effect.
