Welcome to Triangle Y Camp!
THIS IS
THE ONE! From a "Polar Bear" dip in the
pond before breakfast to chapel and raising of
the flag... from a brisk horseback ride to a
jaunt around the lake in a canoe... from an
afternoon challenge at the Alpine Climbing Tower
to a quiet time at the arts and crafts den.
Triangle Y Camp offers a progression of
activities age appropriate and flexible for a
wide variety of interests!
Although it is hard to prove, we believe
children come away from a week at Triangle Y
Camp better able to make good choices, more
willing to cooperate, and more accepting of
others.
They
develop better self-esteem, better social
skills, a heightened sense of enthusiasm for
life, a higher regard of themselves, and a new
or renewed sense of being a child of God.
Although
non-denominational, chapel, meal graces, an
emphasis on Christian values, careful selection
of staff and a beautiful setting all make
spiritual development a vital part of the
Triangle Y Camp program.
Mission Statement:
Triangle Y camp is operated in order to aid
in the development of character and Christian
philosophy of life by providing activities and
services which will contribute to the spiritual,
social, mental, and physical growth of boys,
girls, men, and women.
